Botanical oils are fatty substances produced by the method of immersion of herbs (flowers, stems, fruits, or roots), in extra virgin cold-pressed olive oil. Some other oils are extracted by cold pressing from the fruits, seeds, or kernels of trees, plants, or fruits.
